I had the idea for this book when Ramona was a little over a year old. I wanted to write something uplifting, encouraging, and empowering—a book to help end the day excited for all the possibilities that tomorrow could bring. There are plenty of inspirational books . Tomorrow Will Be Different Love, Loss, and the Fight for Trans Equality (eBook): McBride, Sarah: - Before she became the first transgender person to speak at a national political convention in at the age of twenty-six, Sarah McBride struggled with the decision to come out₇not just to her family but to the students of American University, where she was serving as student body president.

Tomorrow Will Be Different Love, Loss, and the Fight for Trans Equality (Book): McBride, Sarah: Before speaking at a national political convention about her experiences as a transgender person, the author struggled with the decision to come out - not just to her family but to the students at her university, where she was serving as student body president.   We also read lots of books about anxiety, having courage, and being brave like Tomorrow I’ll Be Brave. It’s the perfect book to read to give kids the courage to keep going, to find a different way, and of course the courage to try and be brave in the first place.

Tomorrow Will Be Different Love, Loss, and the Fight for Trans Equality (Book): McBride, Sarah: Before she became the first transgender person to speak at a national political convention in at the age of twenty-six, Sarah McBride struggled with the decision to come out₇not just to her family but to the students of American University, where she was serving as student body president. A brave transgender woman experiences both triumph and tragedy in this memoir of transitioning and so much more. McBride, the national press secretary for the Human Rights Campaign, was a high school political activist well before coming to terms with her gender identity, so this mix of policy discussion and personal revelation seems to come naturally to her.
